naahh...its your good old coffee machine
I mean it keeps you awake at your workstation and thus enables your paycheck. Improves your boss's mood everytime he uses it and provides you enogh oppurtunities to go out and view the eye candy.
Nothing comes close to it i say!

Nah...will go for eye candy
(1) It's an incentive to come to office
(2) U need to do sthg in office while stealing glances, u can do tht behind a workstation
(3) If u r bored with the flora and fauna arnd u, you can always go to the good ol' coffee machine and get some new learnings
(4) If Boss' mood is bad, the eye candy wil lcheer you up, the coffee will not
